  1. Loved this and has started me to thinking I should sit down and start writing about the things that happened in 2022 so my grandkids can have something to read.

  2. I found light in a place I often overlook – Myself. I found even more as I continued to search the pages of the Bible.
I also found light in the resurrection of a friendship that faded over the years for reasons that escaped me and my friend. Our relationship always functioned as a mirror to reflect what we saw and missed in one another. What I discovered this year is that I have everything I need to receive and reflect the light emanating from within at all times.

  3. I learned that in a crisis situation of three years ago, depend on a Higher Source. A free – spirit is who I say, I am. That means asking the Creator what is in my best interests. Being locked down did set well with, I called family and friends often. Zooming, cell calls, texting each and every day made me feel connected to people, places and life experiences.
Face to face and being in person is more to my opinion of !iving life.

  4. Thank you for this lovely, inspiring and hopeful piece! The review about your grandmother brought tears to my eyes and reminded me of the gift we are often given by the Lord to open our eyes and see beauty in moments we think are ashes!
You, your writing and insight are a gift!

  5. I have found light in my family. I have found light in knowing that God continues to hold us in the palm of his hand and in his heart. I have found comfort in the small things and holding on to the belief that things are going to get better for all of us. God continues to be good and in control.
