  1. Wew I honestly was feeling this way earlier this year, yes ME! I watched A friend online and I actually thought she quit her job because she was traveling so much. What I ended up finding out is that she was just working remotely but it gave me that FOMO of feeling like I was supposed to be moving around and doing the same. I too was busy but it was now I’m loving these next two weeks of rest between the storms. I want to be home, sleep in my own bed and chill with my people. MEseason includes REST and stillness.

    • Yes and amen! So special to know this resonated with you and so glad you’re moving forward to glory in the “mundane” and “boring” moments because they’re really moments of much-needed rest! 💛

  2. This is outstanding, thank you for sharing that insightful writing. Thank you for justifying for me that it’s okay to stay in bed a little longer after I wake up, just daydreaming. Thank you for giving me permission to sit and just be! Thank you for letting me know there are others who feel guilty when they go through their mental “to do” lists, but feel guilty for not tackling the items. Sometimes we all need to give ourselves a little grace and just be!
