  1. Wonderful food for thought. I thanked and asked my UPS driver if he needed water! Let him know I cared.

  2. Look at the intimacy of God’s heart for you. Unknowing to Daniel God directed his path towards yours so that his compliment to you would refresh and uplift your spirit. Sometimes all a person needs is a smile, a hug, a kind word or just a recognition they need a prayer. I always recall the sheer delight on the faces of people she has complimented who others passed by without even a glance that way. I remember stopping at the light and giving a homeless man a little change and he looked at my friend and said,”you’ve been kissed with freckles, so beautiful.” She was so tickled by the love of this compliment from this ignored human being. Don’t be afraid to use your voice there are many who are forced to walk in silence.

  3. Sunday after church I took an older lady out to brunch. I wore a bright yellow dress and shows that I had purchased several years ago. I never wore it because it looked unattractive on the hanger. Well I got so many compliments. I often compliment others and I feel comfortable doing so. Yesterday I understood how it must feel when I do it. It was a good day.

  4. Such a sweet and kind act by “Daniel.” Also, a perfect reminder that the cost for us to be kind is free, but to the recipient of that kindness, it can be everything. Thank you so much for sharing this and encouraging me to make such a pact with myself.
