  1. When I feel my anxiety rising and the tears filling up and sometimes falling. I place my hands between my breast apply pressure and repeat “Trust God’s Plan” over and over until that anxious feeling and tears go away.

  2. First, thank you for sharing so openly on the topic of anxiety. I am a worrier and overthinker as well. At those moments when I am at my most anxious, I focus on taking deep breaths and reminding myself that God is still God. I also find calm in listening to one of my “praise songs.” One of my favorites is:

    “All things work according to His perfect will
    No matter what you’re going through
    Remember God is using You
    For the battle is not yours, it’s the Lord’s”

    There is always calm in the storm, even if it’s one we’ve created internally.
