  1. What a great expression of thoughts and feelings. I am so inspired. I have my laptop near me the majority of the time but I can’t seem to use it to express myself. I have a strong desire to write, proofread and edit, yet just won’t start. Reminding of sound reminded me I’m alive and not alone. Thank you so much for that! I have lived many years numb and mentally isolated. I grew to be afraid to express my feelings because they were continuously diminished by those who allowed to be present and weigh in on my life. In November 2024 I made a major move which allowed me to renew my desire to hear, see and LIVE. I’m settling in to my new life with a strong sense of hope that I will finally build the community I have always needed. The major tool that I’m using to build community is mindful openness. I am embracing a joyful spirit with care to guard my heart. I am embracing 2025 with motivation to create a happy life!
